1. Who we are
NexusPoint Consulting is a Canadian consultancy based in Milton, Ontario, providing AI-powered business automation, IT–business alignment, project management and process optimization services. This policy covers nexuspointconsulting.ca, our main website.
2. What this website collects
This website is a static, informational website. It has no contact forms, no account system and no newsletter signup. Specifically:
- No cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heat-mapping tools or any third-party tracking technology.
- No data you submit. Because there are no forms, there is nothing for you to submit and nothing for us to store.
- Server logs. Our own web server records standard request information (IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained briefly on infrastructure we control in Canada and are not used to build profiles.
3. Third-party content
Some pages embed or link to services operated by other companies. When you follow one of those links, that company's own privacy policy applies:
- Google Fonts — serves the display typeface used on this site. Your browser makes a request directly to Google's font servers.
- YouTube — demo video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers, and videos open on youtube.com.
- Square — AI Agent Plan subscriptions and payments are handled entirely on our Square store. Square is the merchant of record and processes your payment and contact details under Square's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
- NexusPoint Labs — our product division runs its own applications and has its own privacy policy, available at nexuspointlabs.ca.
4. If you email or call us
When you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver any engagement you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit request.
If you become a client, records relating to the engagement are kept as required for business and tax purposes under Canadian law.
5. Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Because this website stores nothing about you, such requests will normally relate to email correspondence. Contact tj@nexuspointconsulting.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
This site is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. Our infrastructure is self-hosted and updated regularly. No online transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface area small by design — there are no accounts, no databases and no user-submitted content on this website.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
