NexusPoint Consulting is led by Trystan Jaffer — an MBA and certified project, relationship and service management professional who has spent two decades on the business side of enterprise IT, including in the CIO's office of a global technology company.

That combination is the point: enough AI engineering to design a system that works, and enough delivery discipline to land it inside a real organisation. That background shapes how engagements run. We start with the workflow and the outcome, not the tooling. We only recommend automation we can demonstrate, and we stay accountable for whether it actually saved anyone time.
